I'm Back
I have finally found my way back to try to loose this weight. After topping out at 250, Dec 6th I went to consult with a weight loss specialist and started a new program, I'm down to 232 and that is including being able to eat at my friends Christmas Eve Party and having a nice Christmas dinner.I'll tell you more about it after New Years!
